At TW Events, the safety of our staff and guests are of the highest priority. We are working closely with community health officials and the local government to implement a plan that minimizes health risks, allowing events to continue in the safest and most responsible way possible that does not compromise the customer experience we're noted for.

Preparation

  • Test the team for COVID-19

  • Stock up on supplies (hand sanitizer, hand soap, disinfectant sprays and wipes, bleach, gloves, masks, paper towels, toilet tissue)

  • Deep clean and disinfect entire building before and after event

  • Vaporized hydrogen peroxide to disinfect air within venue

  • MPR air filters for HVAC

  • UV-C Lights

  • CDC guidelines for COVID-19 posted throughout venue

  • No valet services

  • Assigned door and bathroom attendants at each event to minimize touching surfaces

  • Setup room based on distancing guidelines

  • Provide masks and guests to guests when they arrive

Upon Entry All Guests Must

  • Have their temperature checked

  • Use hand sanitizer

  • Wear mask or face covering

  • Follow guidelines for distancing

All Staff/Vendors Must

  • Have their temperature checked
